What does it mean to give the Lord the preeminence, the first place, in everything?

Many times we tell the Lord, “Lord Jesus, I give You the first place in my life! You are the Lord!” Also, we call on His name, Lord Jesus! But have you ever wondered what does it mean to give the Lord the preeminence, the first place, in a practical way in your life? Recently I have been impressed with this sharing in the 2011 winter training on the Crystallization-Study of the Psalms(2), message 1 – there are at least 12 ways we can give the Lord the first place in us in a practical way (also mentioned via, 12 ways to give Christ the first place in the new year, and, The Need for Christ as Our Unique Portion and Desire to Be Properly Appreciated and Exalted by Us).

1. To give the Lord the first place in our life means to love Him with the first love, the best love, to be constrained with His love, and regard Him as everything in our life. Rev. 2:4 speaks of not leaving our first love. 2 Cor. 5:14-15 tells us that the love of Christ constrains us to no longer live to ourselves. In Mark 12:30 God commands us to love Him with our whole heart, soul, mind, and strength. Psa. 73:25-26 says that we have no one in heaven and on earth besides the Lord.

We may have loved other things, persons, matters, etc and considered them as “everything to us”, but now we love the Lord with the first love and we regard God as our everything! We should consider His love and our love for Him to be forever fresh! His love for us refreshes us, and our love for Him refreshes the Lord. Lord, show me Your love, that I might love You with Your love and with a fresh, new, sevenfold intensified love!

2. To give the Lord the first place in our life practically means to repent and do the first works. Rev. 2:5 warns us that if we don’t repent and do the first works, the Lord will remove the lampstand. These works issue from our first love for the Lord – they are a work issuing from a heart filled with zeal for the Lord’s love, and this is precious in the Lord’s eyes. We love the Lord so much that we just do the first works – and they come out of our zeal, our love for Him!

In that day, when we will stand before God at His judgement seat, He will appreciate how much of what we have done out of love for Him. Only those things we do motivated by our love for the Lord are considered gold, silver, and precious stones. If we don’t do these works, the Lord will take the lampstand! Whatever we do in the church life, we need to love the Lord and do the first works – and we will be a corporate expression of the Triune God everywhere on the earth as the golden lampstands!

3. To give the Lord the first place in our life means to take Him as the fountain of living waters! Jer. 2:13 says that it is an evil thing in the eyes of God to forsake Him as the fountain of living waters and to hew out for ourselves cisterns (broken cisterns) which hold no water. Every day we come to the Lord to drink Him as the fountain of living waters! God’s intention in His economy is to be the fountain, the source, of living waters to us to dispense Himself into His chosen people as their enjoyment and everything! The goal of this dispensing is to produce the house of God, the church, His fulness, His expression!

4. To give the Lord the first place in our life practically means to eat Him as the tree of life! See Rev. 2:7 and note 6 – eating the tree of life, that is, enjoying Christ as our life supply, should be the primary matter in the church life. Right now in the church life the primary matter is eating Christ as the tree of life! This is the way to give Him the preeminence in all things. The content of the church life depends on our enjoyment of Christ – the more we enjoy Him, the richer the content will be. To enjoy Christ requires that we love Him with our first love. If we don’t love Him, we will lose our enjoyment and we will lose the lampstand! By loving the Lord with the first love and by enjoying the Lord as the tree of life we will be the testimony of the Lord as the golden lampstand!

5. To give the Lord the first place in our life is to continually come to Him to contact Him, receive Him, and enjoy Him. Isa. 57:20 and note 1 tells us that if we don’t enjoy the Lord we are like the tossed sea, like mud, and what comes out of our being is mire and mud. The evil condition of the wicked is that they do not come to eat and enjoy the Lord – they do MANY THINGS but they don’t contact the Lord to take Him in, enjoy Him, receive Him, and taste Him! Nothing is more evil in the sight of God than our not enjoying Him!

6. To give the Lord the first place in our life means that we take Christ as our centrality (our holding center) and our universality (our everything). Col. 1:17 says that all things cohere in him – all the planets, stars, galaxies, etc, are held together by Christ. Our personal universe is held together by Christ, and we need to take Him as our center, our hub. If not, our personal universe falls apart! Take Him as the center of your personal universe in the way you dress, comb your hair, shop, etc. In small things and big things, take Christ as the center!

7. To give the Lord the first place in our life means that we are walking worthily of the Lord to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work, and growing in the knowledge of God (see 2 Cor. 5:9, Col. 1:10, and Heb. 11:5-6). Before Enoch was translated, he obtained the testimony that he was well-pleasing to God. O, Lord, before I go to meet You or before Your return, I want to obtain the testimony that I am well-pleasing to You! We need to grow, live, and express Christ, by growing in His knowledge, and by walking with God, that is, by taking Christ as your center and everything, and doing everything according to His revelation and leading.

8. To give the Lord the first place in our life is to have a clear sky between us and the Lord and a throne above it (see Ezek. 1:22-26). When there is absolutely no separation or problem between us and the Lord, we are filled with the heavenly atmosphere, condition, and situation of His ruling presence (signified by the Man on the throne, who is heavenly). We need to allow the Lord to rule and reign in us. To have a clear sky with a throne above it where God is ruling and reigning in us is the highest point in our Christian experience.

9. To give the Lord the first place in our life is to hold the Head, Christ (Col. 2:19). Holding Christ as the Head means we stay intimately connected to the Lord as the Head of the Body. We need to enthrone Christ in our being as the Ruler and Decider of everything in our life, and stay intimately connected to the Head to be richly supplied and grow with the growth of God.

10. To give the Lord the first place in our life is to ask for the counsel of Jehovah in everything in our life (see Josh. 9:14). The Israelites were tricked by the Gibeonites to let them live and not destroy them because they did not ask for the counsel of Jehovah. We need to ask the Lord about everything in our daily life – little things, big things, and every little detail.

11. To give the Lord the first place in our life is to practically give the flow of the Lord Jesus within us the preeminence in all that we are and we do (see Ezek. 47:1; Rev. 22:1-2). The flow of the Lord should be given the preeminence and first place in us! The Lord’s practical preeminence and presence in us is the flowof life. Do you have the Lord Jesus flowing in you right now? If not, open to Him, confess, remove any barriers, and treasure the sweet flow of life – even depend on the flow! This flow is out of the throne and brings the throne with it!

12. To give the Lord the first place in our life means to be dominated, governed, directed, led, and moved by our mingled spirit, caring for the rest in our spirit (see 2 Cor. 2:13-14). Paul was dominated, governed, led, controlled, directed, and moved by the rest in his spirit – by being a captive of Christ, taking Christ as a General, and being in His triumphant procession. It is good to pray, Lord, conquer me. Lord, make me Your captive. Never let me win. Defeat me all the time!

Stay Focus

Do you think it's easy to stay focus?

When you are doing assignment, can you be focus and not doing anything else?

Not logging to Facebook, not listening to music, no chatting, just fully concentrate on the assignment?

When you are working..

Can you focus on the work assigned and not doing anything else?

No chatting online, no touching on the Facebook, no walking around, no munching food or drinking coffee?

When you are lying on bed at night...

Could you close your eyes.. Not thinking of anything or recalling any single thing happened on the day, but just to stay calm and sleep?

Hmm.. It seems not easy for me. I always diverted by something else. The moment I could stay focus is fairly short. If the deadline of an assignment is approaching, I would be more nervous and pushing myself to finish the work fast.

Is it a good sign? Or a bad habit? Or just common to everyone?

Some people could multi-task. They could do work at a time while chatting, listening to music and Facebook-ing. I could say myself multi-task too. I always do many things at a same time.

A solid example is that I like to eat my meal while watching drama. Lol. Multi-tasking? It could be bad for digestion, but this is the way I enjoy eating alone ^^

I would like to say that staying focus yielded a more fruitful production.

Multi-tasking could do many things at the same time, but it might not produce the best work among all.

So, I'm trying to stay focus & finish my work fast. Deadline is 3 days later..

Work or Not Work?

Tonight was the most tiring night I had. Probably because of the work. Actually I didn't promise to work, today just a training for the work.

Initially I did not need to go for the training because of my health condition (just discharged from the hospital), but because of someone ffk.. I had to go just to accompany Eunice. Some more, I don't have a great intention to take up this job... because of... (you will know afterwards :p)

It is a take-away job which I mainly need to receive calls and take order. Also receive the payment in cash or card and give the change. Hmm... This was the first job experience I had in the UK. It didn't give me a very good impression because of the working environment and the attitude of the employees...

I'm really tired now and brain stuck on what to write >.<

I told my dad about this job.. and he gave me a few reasons why not to work.

1. Night time job (5pm - 11.30pm)

2. I'm not desperate need of money (but just to gain exposure)

3. Illegal job (National insurance number is not needed)

Out of the 3 reasons my dad stated, the most concerning me is the illegal job. I don't have much peace taking up this job. My dad even explained that I am the government sponsored student, if anything happened on this illegal job.. Can you think of the consequences?

Yes.. my dad is absolutely right.

So, I decided NOT to take this job =)

Recent Life

It has been 3 months I didn't update my blog. I feel the time are not flying away but zooming like a rocket... Why is time passing so fast that I can't keep hold on it?

It just an instant feelings for me to update my blog. Too many things happened in these 3 months... The most recent thing was my hospitalisation. It was my first time to be admitted in the UK hospital and I never expect this.. It seems I cant avoid the "curse" of admitting to the hospital annually. lol... In a more humorous way, I have my annual vacation in the hospital =)

A wise use on the Facebook have an enormous positive effect. I hardly post anything on the Facebook but I posted the status about being warded and I received lots of concern and positive feedback. I do not expect anything from them but... Indeed Facebook is drawing us nearer and have a mutual communication in every corner of the world.

I have been repeated telling those who concern about me on my skin condition. I don't mind to write it on my blog again, I can almost memorise the sentence. Now, I want to summarise it in one single sentence, "My skin is allergic to the tea tree oil and it spread to be worst till I had a blood infection to be admitted to the hospital" :p

Now, I'm slowly recovering.. Opps.. I forgot to take my antibiotic again.. Since I'm feeling better, doctor said I can stop it tomorrow. Yeah~

I realised I had been lagging behind on my studies :(

There are lots to do to catch up.

Now, I'm feeling better.. No excuse to leave my work behind.

Let's work it out NOW!!!

3 in 1 Blog

Hi dearest blog, I am here again =)

Due to my time procrastination, I will update my 3 days life in 1 single blog :p

This week I only have classes on Thursday & Friday, which is tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. I was lazy around, relax at home, went to the gym and bought some groceries that cost me up to 61.36 pounds. I totally forgotten that I have a test next Monday, I need to study!!!

Today was a cheesecake & delivery day. Lol.

When preparing for the breakfast this morning, the hob was not functioning. Same goes to the whole student village, we can't cook for the day. It was caused by a gas leakage and the workers were repairing it.

Thanks for the cheesecake from CY & Tan in the morning :)

It was full of cheese and I felt extremely full with a small bite on it :p

It delivered within 30mins and it tastes good. I am so full until now. Need to drink 2 tiny bottles of yogurt to digest better :p

Sorry for abandoning "My Lifetime Stories" blog again...

I promise I will update the pieces of my life that missing here =)

After my 14 days of vacation, I left 7 days to catch up with my assignments which submitted on the new semester.

Hooray~ all the burdens had released~ Two assignments had been submitted and my life is back to normal again :p

Saturday was my relaxing day at home. Cleaned up the dirty kitchen (my initial plan once i moved in this house) I feel satisfy though at the same day, the kitchen was back to its dirty condition :p

Sunday Sunday Sunday!!!! It's the Lord's day~

Eunice and I went to the Lord's table meeting at Abbotkerswell. We took a train of 36 mins from Plymouth to Newton Abott.

The train was delayed for 10minutes. I had a coffee to awake my Sunday morning. To kill the boredom of waiting, I played with the smile shutter on my Sony camera. It was fun... The smile only can be detected when I showed my extra white teeth. It's a very exaggerated and a fake smile. hahaha... (ignore my messy hair, strong wind blowing outside the train :p)

It costs me 2.09 pounds but it is full of chocolate + coffee taste & sweetness.

Finally I drank a sweet coffee in UK =)

When we reached Newton Abbot train station, Betty and the saints were waiting for us in the car. Thank you so much for picking us :)

I enjoyed the meeting a lot. I enjoyed the sharing of the brothers and sisters. It gave me a clearer vision of the Lord's economy! Spontaneously, I also shared a point together with Eunice. Our human spirit is filled with the Spirit of God =)

After that we travelled back to Plymouth city centre. We chatted, listened to songs and looked at the view outside the window. Suddenly Eunice hold my hand and shouted "white ostrich!" I was shocked by her unexpected movement. Is it really a white ostrich? I just 'google' about it, there is no such animal call 'white ostrich' XD

It was drizzling when we arrived at city centre. The first thing we did was heading to the Buffet City~ Tan and CY were fulfilling their stomach while waiting for us :p

Under the rain, we collected our membership card from the Plymouth Royal Theatre. Bought some groceries and back home. As I thought, we would't have our dinner. Out of a sudden, Eunice cooked herbal chicken soup ^^

Her style of cooking, the soup was ready in a short time. Cy came to my room and had a chat while drinking the soup. She said the soup need to be cooked longer... Coincidentally, I found the chicken meat was raw. I could see the blood inside the meat :p

She cooked another round and gave me the software to trim the video. Finally I could upload the video at Scotland.

Dong~ Dong~ Dong~ 12 am... Cinderella need to leave. Adieu~

My Daddy

Just finish webcam with my daddy. It was 3am at Malaysia but daddy has woke up.

He is annoyed with his leg problem. Sigh...

It is the 3rd doctor he had consulted. Dr. Chin in Gleneagles who did the meniscus operation for him does't help much. Dad went to see Dr. Lau in Tung Shin Hospital and he suggested to do knee-cap replacement for my dad. But the third doctor in Sentosa advised him to postponed the operation. Sigh...

Daddy undergone physiotherapy after the meniscus operation. He looks very pain.

I'm very worried of my daddy now... I'm far.. I can't do anything..

Tears are rolling down my cheek...

My childhood friend, Wennie will give my dad a visit to see how is his condition.

Really appreciate that.

She also visited my dad after his operation in April this year.

I was still in Kelantan that time.

Now, I'm even far at UK. I only can back home next year summer.

7 months to go...

My only wish is to see my dad can walk as usual when I back...

I miss the days my daddy can walk freely...

We can go jungle trekking together...

I really hope he can recover...

Samaritan on Saturday

It was a relaxing yet tiring Saturday for me.

The week before I was rushing for assignment and now, I can go out and breathe the air in city~

Got my boots for Scotland which only cost me 17.99 pounds.

We are in a united group which made up of 2 Malays (Farah & Aisyah), 1 Chinese (me) and 1 Indian (Kangga). It was good to out with them ^^

Once we came out from Drake Circus, we saw a old lady stopped by the road under the rain. She looked exhausted and wet under the rain. Kangga approached her and shed her with my umbrella. I have my hood on, no worries of rain.

She is 76-year-old lady. She is shopping alone and walking with a stick. I think back of my dad when I see her walking stick. Dad is still suffering from joint problem. After the operation in April, he is still not recovered. Now, the doctor advised him to have a knee cap replacement. I am very worried. I afraid that my dad could not walk as ordinary people any more. He is an active man who like to travel around. I hope he will come to UK for a stay. I hope we can go to China for family trip.. I hope and hope...

Back to this British lady, she has difficulty in walking. I held her hand tight and walked together with her. We also found a cap for her to get back home.

Unexpectedly, School-based experience tomorrow is canceled due to the heavy snow in Cornwall. I no need to wake up at 5am prepare to Richard Lander school... Yeah yeah~

What a good news!!! I have my 2 days rest after accomplishing my grammar assignment.

First Day at British Primary School

This is the first British school i stepped in - Thornburry Primary School. It is only 7 mins away from my college. Thanks God for saving up our time in the morning to walk to a stone-thrown distance school. However, i still need to wake up at 6am to get ready >.<
First day to school, i finally felt nervous the few minutes before reaching school. It is winter and a cold morning. My face and hands are freezing when walking to the school... I shall wear more on the next school observation >.<
Because of the school privacy policy and protection on the children, we are not allowed to take photos. Even though, the teacher, Mr. Wallis is kind enough to snap the pictures and promise to email to us ^^
We were divided into an infant department which observed the key stage 1 pupils, between the age of 4 to 6. They are adorable and active. I miss the kindergarten i taught 3 years ago T.T
The classroom are well-decorated, colourful and informative. I like their birthday boards and reward table. They have a corner for the "Star of the Week" to show support to the pupil who put their effort on studies. The classroom climate is positive and motivated. They are encouraged to think instead of spoon-feeding. This is very different from the time i'm teaching or studying in Malaysia.
In a class of 28 pupils, the teacher managed it professionally with the help from a teacher assistant. Although the class is started from 8.55am until 3pm in the late afternoon, all of the sessions are interesting. The pupils will have their brunch before the play time and an hour lunch break.
During the break time, i'm shocked to see how active and playful are the kids. They could running here and there and playing hide and seek. Few teachers were monitoring their movement so that no one will injured.
The class begins punctually with the teacher's presence.
I adored their professionalism and the perfect learning environment.
Coming up next is to write my assignment on it.. Oh No....

Day to Nottingham

Nottingham - a city famed with its Robin Hood legend

I'm sorry because i didn't take many photos at Nottingham, yet i'm not regret.

I found nothing special in Nottingham other than seeing my primary school friend since primary 6.

After a long journey on the bus, i finally reached the University of Nottingham in the early morning.

University of Nottingham - the 75 top ranking university in the world. I'm proud that my friend is studying there. hehe...

Nottingham is colder than Plymouth. It was only 7 degree celcius when i stepped down from the bus. I was freezing and walking to the Sport Centre in a big group of Malaysians. It was very crowded as many of the Malaysians were coming from all the other universities to attend the Nottingham Games.

Unexpectedly, i met sister su hwee in the ladies. I was shocked as well as her. I will never expect that we will meet in Nottingham instead of London. She is studying in Manchester and I'm in Plymouth. Same country but different locations. We are overwhelmed with joy~ We had a big hug in the ladies too :p

Everywhere is congested with people. It was like walking in an over-crowded night market but there was nothing special by the side.

I had shopped around the city centre with Eunice and managed to buy some necessary things for winter. Yet, i'm still searching for my winter boots... I always have a hard time to look for a comfortable shoes which i really like.

Another remarkable incident is that i forgot to bring my purse to Nottingham. lol.

I owed Eunice some money and i had cleared my debts today =)

I couldn't miss the chance to watch the sports competition. It was my first time to watch the live football, volleyball, basketball and badminton match in a day. It was interesting and the spectators were more active than the players. I love the basketball a lot. It refreshed my memories when i was playing basketball in form 2. How i shoot the ball, carry the ball... until once i was hit by a ball from front and it really hurts. Then i stop playing basketball until now... transformed to be the girlish me :p

By the way, i met with my primary school friend at the main entrance of Potland building. He has changed, so do i. Besides growing taller and slimmer, we become good looking. (according to him)

A short conversation with him, i'm surprised that many things have changed. Eight years has gone, we are grown. We have mature thinking and own perception on certain things.

He is a good friend to get along with and really appreciate he divided his time to become our guide. At last, i was quite touched when he rushed to say goodbye before we leave Nottingham.

Thanks dude & hope we will meet again ^^

首次在英国用中文写部落各。我的问法生锈许多。。好像英文翻译过来的中文。。

唉。。悲哀。。。令我的中文老师失望了，把SPM考获得A给抛了。。

在大马时，无论念书，工作，闲日我都爱喝咖啡。mocha, latte, cappuccino & expresso ^^

来到了英国，大部分人都爱喝咖啡的地方，我却想念茉莉花茶。

好不容易让我找到了一盒茉莉花绿茶，两种香茶的混合，我好不犹豫的买下了。

茉莉花茶，Jasmine tea 另我回想起我对茉莉花茶的初尝。我对它的印象并不好，黄黄地像尿一样。

有一次我们一起用餐，我如常地点了口味较重的饮料；他却点了一瓶茉莉花茶。看着他吮吸着，难道那么好喝吗？真的不像尿味吗？嘻嘻。

太好奇了，我终于试了一口。蛮不错嘛！

从此我也开始喝茉莉花茶了。

至于绿茶，我对它的印象就是很健康的茶，不适合我的。也是他的影响，我开始喝绿茶。嘻嘻。

原来喝茶的益处繁多：

茉莉花性寒、味香淡、消胀气，味辛、有理气止痛、温中和胃、消肿解毒、强化免疫系统的功效，并对痢疾、腹痛、结膜炎及疮毒等具有很好的消炎解毒的作用。

有清肝明目、生津止渴、祛痰治痢、通便利水、祛风解表、疗瘘、坚齿、益气力、降血压、强心、防龋防辐射损伤、抗癌、抗衰老之功效，使人延年益寿、身心健康；有理气安神、润肤香肌之功效，其香气怡人、它对于便秘也有帮助，使排便顺畅，可改善昏睡及焦虑现象，对慢性胃病、经期失调也有功效。

肠胃不适，子宫保健，头晕安神，可安定情绪及舒解郁闷。抗菌，平喘，抗癌，舒筋活血，驱风散寒，振脾健胃，强心益肝，降低血压，补肾壮精，有慢性支气管炎的人宜多饮用。

绿茶是一种珍贵、高尚的饮料，饮绿茶是精神上的享受，是一种审美且具有艺术性的行为，是一种修身养性的方法。

　　1.绿茶抗衰老
　　
　　绿茶所含的抗氧化剂有助于抵抗老化。因为人体新陈代谢的过程，如果过氧化，会产生大量自由基，容易老化，也会使细胞受伤。SOD（超氧化物歧化）是自由基清除剂，能有效清除过剩自由基，阻止自由基对人体的损伤。绿茶中的儿茶素能显著提高SOD的活性，清除自由基。
　　

2.绿茶抗菌
　　
　　研究显示，绿茶中儿茶素对引起人体致病的部分细菌有抑制效果，同时又不致伤害肠内有益菌的繁衍，因此绿茶具备整肠的功能。有研究表明茶多酚能清除机体内过多的有害自由基，能够再生人体内的α-VE、VC、GSH、SOD等高效抗氧化物质，从而保护和修复抗氧化系统，对增强机体免疫、对防癌、防衰老都有显著效果。长喝绿茶能降低血糖、血脂、血压，从而预防心脑血管疾病。日本昭和大学的医学研究小组的在1毫升稀释至普通茶水的20分之1浓度的茶多酚溶液里放入10000个剧毒大肠杆菌0-157,五个小时后细菌全部死亡，一个都不剩。
　　

3.绿茶降血脂
　　科学家做的动物实验表明，茶中的儿茶素能降低血浆中总胆固醇、游离胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇，以及三酸甘油酯之量，同时可以增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。对人体的实验表明则有抑制血小板凝集、降低动脉硬化发生率。绿茶含有黄酮醇类，有抗氧化作用，亦可防止血液凝块及血小板成团，降低心血管疾病。
　　

4.绿茶瘦身减脂
　　绿茶含有茶碱及咖啡因，可以经由许多作用活化蛋白质激酶及三酸甘油酯解脂酶，减少脂肪细胞堆积，因此达到减肥功效。
　　

5.绿茶防龋齿、清口臭
　　绿茶含有氟，其中儿茶素可以抑制生龋菌作用，减少牙菌斑及牙周炎的发生。茶所含的单宁酸，具有杀菌作用，能阻止食物渣屑繁殖细菌，故可以有效防止口臭。
　　

6.绿茶防癌
绿茶对某些癌症有抑制作用，但其原理皆限于推论阶段。对防癌症的发生，多喝茶必然是有其正向的鼓励作用。
　　

7.绿茶美白及防紫外线作用
专家们在动物实验中发现，绿茶中的儿茶素类物质能抗UV-B所引发之皮肤癌。
　　

8.绿茶可改善消化不良情况

This is my favourite part from the song. There are some struggles i'm facing recently, a chance that i took, it knocked me down for a second. The toughest moment which i will never forget... Indeed, i need to keep going and I got to be strong, keep pushing on.

Weekends of Grace

It has been a month i reached UK but this is the first time i met with the saints from Exeter and Paignton (the 2 nearest cities from Pymouth)

It is full of the grace of God & the presence of God ^^

It was the most enjoyable weekend i had in UK ^^

Torquay

There are two coincidences during my weekend in railway station. It was my first experience to ride on a train in UK and it's quite different from Malaysia. The train is amazingly punctual. Seat are comfortable and the view outside the window is great. Serenity + blue sky~

On the way to Paignton, i met the two Malaysian students who had just arrived that morning. It was happy to see them finally got their visa approved and reached Plymouth safe ^^

Another coincidence was on the way back from train station, I met my classmates, Ada... she was sending her senior back to Ireland. It was quite shocked and yet happy~ We can save cost to share a cab back to Marjon ^^

Just started my semester for 3 weeks but planning for winter trip.

It will be the last trip for my senior before he fly back to Malaysia.

7 of us accompanied him to Scotland~

A group of 8 will be taking the dud-dud train to Scotland~

My friends even plan to celebrate Christmas in London before back to Plymouth. They are so excited about the Boxing Day.

But i cant get myself squeezing with others to shop >.<

First gym attemp

Today is an important day~

The day i submit my first assignment ---- Motivation and Language Learning------

I spent 13 pounds yesterday for a pair of sports attire. It pushed me to exercise!!!

Today i stepped out my first step. After submitting the assignment, i went to the gym. Coincidentally, two of my classmates were there. I joined them for cycling first.

First in the life time, i cycled indoor for 30mins!!! and burned 163 calories of fat!!!

wow.... shocked me too.

Next is treadmill. I do not have much energy to run. Just run for a short while and keep walking fast. 20mins on this machine.

Next is the most tiring....

I have spent more than an hour in the gym and it is exhausting...

It is a nice exercise though i didn't sweat much :p

Now.. at this moment... i am soooooooooo tired T.T

Relaxing Saturday

Hooray~ Here comes my wonderful weekend.

I have planned my Saturday to be staying indoor, not stepping out from my house.

I forced myself to sleep more and wake up late. I opened my eyes and look at the time, arh.. still early.. sleep again and again.

Finally 10am i climbed up from bed. hehe... i have fully charged after a good night sleep :)

Slowly to start my wonderful day. Play farm ville, harvest -> plow -> plant

I enjoy being a farmer in virtual world :p

12pm... Eunice (my course mate) text me and asked me to watch their musical performance at the dining hall. As a strong support of Malaysian, i hurriedly walked to the destination despite of the strong wind blow.

I admired of their musical spirit. The performance is amazing and i'm proud to be a Malaysian!

There were 3 guitarist and one of them is playing this Yamaha RBX4-A2 Bass Guitar. wow...

I fell in love with this guitar at the first sight.

The drummer and guitarists had a nice chat with me while i was helping them to shift back the instrument back to studio.

They are so cheerful and kind.

They arouse my interest to learn guitar though i gave up a couple of years ago.

Some more i almost seeing dhh playing guitar every day...

My hand also itchy feel like playing.

Indeed, the musical performance today had inspire me to continue my music journey in this foreign land :)

The days at UK are passing fast. Here comes my 4th weekend :)

I will be resting at home as i have finished my first assignment~

Actually i just spent about 2 hours to write but almost 2 days to do the research. piu~

I like the way of lecture here. Lecturers gave the full explanation and assist us in the process of completing the assignment.

Brand New Life in UK

Finally i write about my new life in UK.

I believe procrastinating is the main reason i did not update my blog. I missed out a lot of things to share out...

It has been 2 weeks, 14 days i stayed in UK. I'm adapting well and in fact, i love the life over here.

A comfortable room, a fresh environment, cooling air, fully-equipped facilities, helpful lecturers and all my beloved friends.

It is a relaxing lifestyle over Plymouth, the southeast part of United Kingdom. It is very near to the sea.

I have started my first week of lesson. I'm still relaxing though i have received the first assignment and some homework.

The teaching is very interesting and fun. Lecturers are forever punctual. I was late to class for just 3 minutes, they had started the lesson. Feel so guilty T.T

My second weekend is coming.
Friends had invited me out for car boot sales tomorrow~

Hope i can manage my time well so that i would not do my work last minute....

Holiday

Hi blog~ Nearly two months i didn't touch my blog.

At the moment, i finally have plenty of time to update my blog and sense the freedom i have. Hooray~

I've resigned by giving a 24 hours notice resignation letter. My manager tried to hold me from leaving but i just can't make it. Before i left, i settled all the work and did a proper hand-over. I've gained a valuable experience on working as an OL. Since i will never have the chance to work in office anymore.

Once a teacher, forever a teacher :)

Counting down the days i left in Malaysia before i fly off to United Kingdom. I still have a few things to be done.

- Eye check
- Medicine needed + prescription
- Purchase all the necessities

These are all i can think of. Not to be left are my Penang trip, Singapore trip, Farewell + Birthday Gathering and lastly, Campus Blending.

My private weekend

I'm back to blogging :)

I enjoyed it.

A short update on my recent doing is indeed insufficient. My friends had asked why i didn't update my blog?

Here i come...

This is the second weekend after i start work. I enjoy it very extremely much.

Just because of a simple reason, I have my own private time. I could rest whenever i want, i could hang out with my friends whenever they ask and surely, my precious time with my beloved parents.

There was only one annoyance in this weekend, which is the form needed by the government as part of the process to go United Kingdom.

This form i had filled before but lecturer informed us that there is a blunder in the form. Her words was "there is a blunder in the form we filled. but no point in blaming of each other as you fill it yourself."
First, i didn't blame anyone but may i know what is the blunder actually? I had read through the email for about 5 times and i could not find anything she mentioned about the blunder we did.

I do not know the blunder and facing a high possibilities of repeating it. We requested to fill the form all over again in 3 days time, together with the saksi proven. These 3 days includes, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday i'm working, after work, school closed. Weekend schools are closed, it's quite hard to get the saksi from school. Monday we must post the form to Cyberjaya by courier.

Such a last minute alert with lots of ambiguities. I was totally puzzled. However, i had completed it and hope there will be no blunder.

Other than that, i like my weekend. I accompanied my dad for physiotherapy in Gleneagles Hospital and had a wonderful dinner together with my uncle's family on Saturday.

Just had a short dinner with two dudes. Thanks for inviting me out for a blissful dinner with two cute guys :p

Simply use cute to describe Kent and Thomas. They both with a high inspiration and aspiration to achieve what they aim for their life, in a young age. I look upon to you men~

Short update

It is very occupied recently until i hardly log on to my blog for update.

Just a short sequential update.

After final exam -> preparation of Lambaian Kasih -> Biro Tata Negara at Ulu Sepri, Negeri Sembilan -> Held the event of Lambaian Kasih -> Shifting back to my lovely hometown, KL -> Taking care of dad every day until now.

This is my third week of holiday. I was so pack that i hardly get enough rest.

Struggling to sleep early but every day 6am or better before 6am must wake up. Leave house before dawn and back home after dim.

My personal time is getting lesser and lesser. I'm getting more tiring every day. Church life is still ongoing but with a exhausted body.

Desperately need rest.

The day after the bad day

很无辜，很难熬的昨天过去了。

虽然严重不够睡，我仍然准时9点早上开工。因为不想再有什么漏网被人责骂。

我提了一大袋16份超重的礼物去派对场地。非常重，走不久必须停下，很难撑。手又红又痛。但也要谢谢我的室友帮我提了一袋。TQ mages~ thank you for carrying the souvenirs this morning :)

放下了礼物，我赶紧去办理好我所负责的项目。刚巧讲师在那，不一会就办好了。免得我被骂。

回到派对场地，礼物被安放在桌上。但次序完全乱了，亏我辛辛苦苦地把它排好。第三次与主持人肯定，礼物将会如此分派，我再次整理。

但颁发礼物时，那个野蛮霸道的女人又来搅扰。原先安排好的礼物只发给每个部门的代表讲师，因为人数太多了，我们都想省时间。但她却硬硬要每一位讲师上台领礼物。

最后一分钟的更改，礼物颁发到一半，我不能下台去拿名单给主持人。她却骂我怎么不预先准备好？是你自己最后一分钟的更改，怎样预先准备？按照原先的次序我都做齐了，是你自己为难他人。更何况所有礼物已经被她们弄乱了，不按照次序，就算我拿出名单也是一团乱。主持人按照每份礼物上的卡片名字，邀请讲师上台领礼物，不是更好吗？你想要骂什么？你是否鸡蛋里挑骨头？还是针对我？

第二次被责骂：

我负责把盘里的礼物呈上，让我的班级代表送给讲师。所以那两个女人及我的拍档负责整理礼物的次序给我呈上。问题是，她们把缺席的讲师礼物给我，还好我发现得早，还未呈上去。而且她们做事太慢，每次我回到桌上需要新的礼物她们都没预备好。我在怀疑她们在干嘛？她们不仅做事太慢，而且做错。班级代表以及主持人在催促，我当然也催促她们。况且这么多讲师以及同学在现场，台上的一举一动都非常明显。

我只是在催促，但她语气很重的说回我，干嘛我要骂她们？我没有骂，我再三澄清，我是太急了，大家都在等。小姐，自己做错事还要嫁祸给人？

而且她还说做卡那个人的错，有讲师没拿到礼物。没用脑袋的那位，请借用别人的脑子想想再说话。你负责包装礼物，少一分就不是你的错？更何况我所有的卡已经检查好几遍，每一分礼物都贴上卡片，再次数算才放进袋子。礼物摆在桌上我也再数，完全没有少。你说什么鬼话？请不要无中生有。

所以，我都理直气壮地为自己辩论，因为我没有错。

开心的是，别的同学都很好。我们哈哈大笑，一起拍照。我的男班长还教我怎样应对这种人，只当她们透明的，觉得是对就去做。不用管那些无谓的人。说得很对。

所以，我的今天还算不错：)

我有了很坏的一天。真的那么坏，那么糟糕的一天吗？我现在可要整理思绪，回想并加以判断，真的那么糟的一天吗？

睡到自然醒，很好啊！看准时间，摇身变成布谷鸟，鼓舞人类振作起来开始新的一天！
丰富的早餐。饱饱的，不错嘛！

开始工作了~讲师不在，留下信息给她。回班开会。还好。。

可是厄运开始了。。。

她责备我怎么连班上的照片都没？不是我没，而是另一个她答应要给我。自从昨天早上，我把我的8gb pendrive 交给她要照片，她把它遗留在班上。好。。。下午我再问，她说等下上网寄给我，好，我在网上等你。可是到了晚上仍然没有，我再次问她，她说等一下。。好。。我等。。我也要睡觉了，等不到了。

今天早上，我被她的同党责骂后，她才给我班上的徽章。。。我还以为你要给我的是我们全班的漂亮照片？好。。我收下，我开工了~

我把设计好的感谢卡给她看，她一口否定我的作品。好，我自认没有艺术细胞。但别的同学都喜欢我的设计，简单大方。

她说用她的图案，我当然不能拒绝。然后请问她用什么软件设计，她说既然我没有这种软件，她替我设计。好。。。都让你。我在等她设计，然后才能继续剪贴。我在观察她，她在非死不可，你的tube，电子邮件以及聊天。我简直傻眼了，你知道我在等你吗？我想要唱这首曲子了。

没多久，她叫我过去，要我自己弄，她把软件给我。我都好的。。遵命。。。但她犹豫片刻，眼睛不敢看着我地说“不用紧了，你要怎样设计你喜欢。我不管了。” 我目瞪口呆片刻，起初你否定我的作品，现在说不管了？好。。。我都只能说好的。。。奴婢只能如此。

原先早上10时可完成的工作拖延到下午1时。班上剩下我一人劳苦。三位同学有事回班，都投下同情的眼光。原来我们同病相怜，他们也见识过她们的高潮技术。我们只能闭口不言。

晚上我继续完成我的卡片。她们俩提了两大包36分的礼物进来我房间，一声也不说的离开我的房间。当我想问，拿来我房间是要？她只耸耸肩，以她肢体语言表达她并不知道。

好的，我看看袋子里头有什么。我知道了，要我一个人把蝴蝶结粘在卡片上，然后每张卡片帖在每一份礼物上。

我敲敲她的房门询问她是否如此行，免得弄巧反拙。她的反因非常好。她完全没有回答我的问题，她指着她的脑袋，问回我，你可否用你的逻辑去思考？好。我喜欢你的答复。

我再次敲她的门，因为她们拿了我的刀片没还，我不能继续我的工作。她很久才来应门，她警告我说：敲门时必须要先打招呼，比如说声“哈咯”。我愣了，这是哪一国的礼仪？原来我从乡下的吉隆坡来。因为我一直学习的都是先敲门，静静地在门外等人开门回应。我向她道歉，好的，我学会了。

一位较好的朋友都愿意聆听我的苦恼。但今天。。。我都告诉了这位朋友，却似乎得不到较好的反应。再次受伤。原来我的心是易碎的。。。

昨晚也没睡好，偏头痛老公公回来探望我。他问候我，但我却说我过得不怎么好。偏头痛老公公也邹起了眉头，我的头更痛了。

凌晨4时。我还未就寝。。。

希望我能睡得好，明天还有更大的挑战，需要继续冲击！

Weekend in baby's house.

Exam is over. First time spending my weekend at a saint's house - Bro. Kooi Lin & Sis. Hui Ying's house. Thanks for accommodating me :)

It is a family with a baby boy, caleb. He is 1yr 6 months old. An extra active and cuttie boy, like to play with him so much. We played hide and seek, rolling ball and ride bicycle. hehe...

He also likes to kacau me. hehe.. While im online in the room, he climbed up the staircase and entered my room.

Adieu Exam~

Good News~~~ I'm now proudly pronounce that ----- my final exam is over~~~~ Hooray~~~

I feel like jumping around now. I am so happy now. wahahahahahahaha....

Even though i still don't know the result, whether i pass or fail, but the burden of the exam has released :)

Really hope i can pass to United Kingdom. Don't disappoint my parents :)

Hope my father can recover fast too. He still need to use the walking stick to walk now....

Cant wait for everything finish. Everything include BTN, Lambaian Kasih and all those important documents from the government.

Cant wait for the day parents coming here to fetch me back, together with dhh...

Hope everything will be run smoothly.

3 more days to final exam.

Yeap... I want to pronounce that i have THREE more days to exam. I can tell you honestly that i have not do the fullest preparation for it.

On the negative side, I feel stress, nervous and fear of exam. A positive stress push me to study harder and smarter to pass the exam. However, nervous and fear are the negative feelings for me towards exam. I need to try my very best and pray to the dearest Lord to eradicate all the negative feelings towards exam. God listens to our prayer and dwell in our spirit, listen to Him and I am sure the negatives will gone.

On the positive side, i feel glad and happy that the final exam is finally come. Two years of challenging foundation and the adaptation to a foreign land is coming to an end. Just a pass on the four core subjects, i can go to the dreamed land of United Kingdom for my three years degree. Isn't it i shall rejoice?

Parents are getting older. My father is going to retire soon. A scholarship fully supported by the government together with a guaranteed and stable job as a government teacher, is a secured future for me and my family.

Three more day effort and preparation to decide my coming three years.

Overnight in the meeting hall

It has been a long time i didnt overnight in the meeting hall. The serving sisters did not come to KB or i was occupied with activities in the weekend.

It was a comfortable meeting hall with air-conditioned bedroom for us to stay. I enjoyed the stay not merely because of the comfortable condition but also the indwelling spirit within the saints. It is in a harmonious to be with the brothers and sisters. The presence of God is felt. There is no argument, no misunderstanding but the coordination together with The spirit.

I really enjoyed the church life in Kota Bharu. Just a glimpse, i have been here almost two years. It is coming to an end. I still have two times of stay in the meeting hall. It will be memorable.

Today we watched a video on "The First Time Debate on 14th April 2010" in the United Kingdom.

There were three debaters: Leader of the opposition conservative party David Cameron, Labour leader and Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Leader of the opposition Liberal democrats Nick Clegg.

Tell you honestly, i am not interested about politics. Not even think of write out what they debated about.

Although we are going to United Kingdom for study, i have no attention at all to know about their politics. Even though i am in Malaysia now, i do not care much about politics too. Politics for me is just.... i reserved my stand...

However, i need to study on it T.T

One of the social study topics is governance... I need to know all types of governance and their structure of organisation...

最近我都成了夜猫子。我好久都没在10点晚上就寝。

虽然感觉疲惫，但已经麻木了。为何？

因为。。。大考大难临头！

辛苦了两年，生活在异乡，到底能不能出国就看此考试。

重要吗？
非常及至很重要！

不仅是为了我的前途，英国留学生。
也不想令父母失望，唯一的女儿出外念书两年，当然也很希望她能到英国深造。
父母供养不起，但女儿凭着政府奖学金，这种肤色，能有此良机真是难能可贵。

这是最后的一关，我不能放弃!
现在辛苦点也在所不辞。

爸爸妈妈也很支持我，怕我累坏了身子。离家前给我带了几罐鸡精，提醒我要喝，要照顾身体，早点睡，别这么压力。偶尔听见妈妈的声音，感动得泪水在眼珠中旋转。

当然，也很谢谢朋友的支持。
在我很压力时的一通电话，逗逗我开心。
一封简单的短讯，gambateh~ 考完试请你吃好料。
还有很重要的dhh. 无论是电话，简讯，网络聊天甚至面对面，都提醒我要好好读书。后面还有奖励等着我呢！

Visitation of UK Lecturer

Today is the replacement holiday for Labour day. However, Marjon 2 students are exempted. We need to attend class today.

Initially 9am to be in the class. A door knocking from a classmate at 7.20am, we are required to be in class at 7.45am. Yawning...

I cant see the point to be earlier to class. To clean the room? To chat and walk around?

The United Kingdom ICT lecturer from UCP Marjon only entered our class accompanied by our tutor and lecturer at 9am.

We welcomed him with a presentation slides as an introduction.

He presented the slides on design & technology. A native speaker of the English language indeed speaks the language with his accent. Thanks God, i understand perfectly :p

After that we showed our appreciation to Mr. Stuard Gold by Hindi dance performance and Joget Kelantan.

2 more weeks to final exam

Yup. 2 more weeks = 14 days = 335 hours to final examination.

I started to tremble...

14 days to revise on the 4 core subjects.

1. Language Description (grammar)

- easy? never! explanation is required. tired of it!

2. Language Development (writing)

- comprehension : i am weak at understanding.

- summary: i am long winded as seen from my blogging, how to summarise?

- guided and free writing: poor at writing...

three hours of writing on this paper. tired of writing.

from now onwards, practice writing for 3hrs every day XD

3. English Studies (literature)

- unseen poem ( i am modern girl, hard to understand ancient English >.<)

- 8 short stories, 2 novels, Merchant of Venice ( so much to write, so much to study...) do i have the sufficient time for it?

4. Social Studies (general knowledge)

- this is killing me! every thing will come out... scope is wide. i left 14days to cover up 730days subject studies.

can i cope with it? quite... Impossible...

Final exam to decide whether i am eligible to further my degree in the United Kingdom.

2 years foundation courses is all assessed in this one goal final examination.

60% based on coursework

40% based on final examination.

Am i eligible? God knows...

TESL Tea Garden Party

With a bloated stomach, I am here to declare that the TESL Tea Garden Party is coming to an end.

With a payment as much as RM 2, I had tasted barbecue chicken, hot dog, burger, fried meehun, fried rice, coleslaw, variety of fruits and drinks. I am so full... Long waiting is not wasted :p

The purpose of this TESL Tea Garden Party is as a farewell for the MARJON 2 and Cohort 3 students. Because... we are leaving soon.... adieu....

It was nice talking to the new lecturer, Ms Chong from the same hometown of mine, Old Klang Road in KL ^^

I was also shocked to receive a phone call looking for tutor in Ampang. I posted my resume 2 years ago, yet still have people calling to me.

I was so full and could not sleep. Took my medicine that will cause drowsiness.

Hope my backache will be better...

Hope daddy will walk back as usual people....

Admitted & Discharged

My father operated in Gleneagles Intan Hospital, KL on Thursday, 22 April 2010. One of the most prestigious and high class private hospital in Malaysia.

I took the 3pm flight on 22 April to go back KL. Once i reached KL, i didnt go back home but went to hospital instead. Thanks wee for fetching me to hospital and you got your free satay meal XD.

Thursday night mom and i were in dad's ward, room 772. He looked fine but could not move his leg at all. Dad seemed enjoying his Astro there. We stayed there until 9pm and went for dinner with mom. This time dinner only left mom and i. We did talk a lot and missing the absence of dad. Reached home was totally collapsed on bed with my teddy bear... Zzz...

On the next day, early morning had dim sum with mom and settled parents' income tax at MPAJ. Luckily i was there to assist mom and done it fast. After that i took my renewed IC and a quick lunch with dhh before i proceeded to Gleneagles.

I brought along my laptop and books to dad's ward. However, we were busy watching tv and talking. hehe... i only replied friends on msn and facebook. Thanks for your concern :)

Dad really had a lot of requests but i fulfilled it as filial piety. He wanted apple and i cut for him. Moreover, i cut myself too. Lol...

I left the hospital at 4.20pm and it started to jam.. KL traffic is amazing. Grasp my little time to cut my hair and fetched the maid to my house for cleaning. I was totally exhausted. When mom back from work, i already lying on bed. Mom visited dad with her colleague and fish essence. I was left at home. hehe...

However, i still went out at 8pm. With dhh and fish essence in hand, visited dad again. We took dinner at supper time and lastly only see doctor. I am still having backache and the doctor advised me to have an injection. I directly rejected as i had too many injections in a month. The needle hole is still vividly on my hand. scary...

Friday was fully occupied too.

Saturday... the day i'm going to leave. Had breakfast with mom and sent her to work. I was the driver every time i back home :)

Dad emergency called and we need to rush to hospital. Looking for clutch, wheelchair and walking stick. Everything was in a rush.

Thanks dad's colleagues for visitation - Mr. Foong and Ying Foong. Thanks for your chicken essence and basket of fruits.

I missed out the lunch time while accompanying dad in hospital. Thanks again dhh for coming here. Accompanied dhh to low yat and had lunch at Gasoline BTS. I was so sad to see the cinema but could not watch a film. No time T.T

Another call from dad. He may discharged now. Thanks dhh for willing to fetch dad from hospital back home. Dhh wira is longer and more comfortable for dad. Thank you :)

We took a short dinner as dad was hungry. Straight went to LCCT as i was afraid to miss the flight. Dhh thank you so much for driving my parents back home.

Thousand millions appreciation to you, dhh...

I will repay what i owe dhh when i back in june ^^

My 5yrs passport

Yeah~ I finally got my passport for 5 years. It costs me RM 150 and it's cheaper than others :p

Reason why? student rate ^^ under scholarship of Ministry of Education. Thanks government ^^

I had change my blogspot template into the current city night life for quite some time.

At the first sight i looked at it, i fell in love with it.

I like the city life though people are complaining of its hustle and bustle, pollution, heat, crowded and many more.

But... i still love it, especially its night.

Plainly because... City - Kuala Lumpur is my hometown.

I am born in KL hospital.

I had my education from kindergarten to upper secondary at Ampang & KL.

I was sitting at dad's office in Menara TR observing how the foundation of KLCC being built together with the fountain and playground.

I used to go Sg. Wang when I was 5 years old but Berjaya Times Square & Pavilion, the current hot spots were not even been built.

I had my tuition classes from Form 2 to Form 5 at Kasturi Tuition Centre in Petalling Street.

I had my first free ride on Star Lrt in 1997 when it was just implemented. There were no Putra line nor Monarail.

Yea...

I have been living in Kuala Lumpur to witness its advancement for almost 20 years...

After Form 5 i was given a chance to further my studies at another state. It was my first time to be away from home. I experienced homesick myself.

I have been traveling from Kelantan, Terengganu, Kuantan, Kedah, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Sarawak and even Thai border. My exposure to this country grows wider as my age is getting older.

Till then, i still prefer my hometown - KL.

A simple reason for it, it gives me the warmth... with my closest parents and all my dearest friends.

A day

Let's call it a day. Yeah!

The second day of study after back from Sarawak.

The first period of today was Language Development by Mdm. Faridah with informative teaching and a task to be completed on continuous writing. My group members and I had chose "Corporal punishments in schools", still yet to be accomplished XD

Followed by the oral presentation evaluated by Mr. Nasir.

Language description in the library and my work in that group is done.

The last was reflection meeting on Sarawak trip with our tutor in the afternoon.

I was the head of sponsorship, my main responsibility was to handle the kek lapis business.

It was my virgin business and it was well done (as they said)

From doing poster, catalogue, taking orders, booking to distribution, i had gained valuable experiences and hardship of earning the income of more than RM 500.

Thank you for the co-operation from my classmates. Thousands appreciation~

I realised that i did a mistake and i have learned from it.

Experience is the best teacher.

Today got to know that Miss Wong was hospitalised and suffered from brain cancer. She could not recognise anyone. Before this, she complained headache and showed some symptoms of it. I was so sad to hear about this.

I recalled the departed soul of my only brother and uncle yap.

My brother was a sudden death which i don't know at all. Just a sudden call from dad, he had return to God. I am still hard to accept it.

Until this moment when mentioning about this tragedy, tears are rolling in my eyes.

Our house is renovated...

can you return to my side?
do you know how much i miss you?
when can we meet again?
i am waiting for that moment to come...

My uncle yap passed away during the Chinese New Year 2010.
On the first day of Chinese New Year, i didn't go to visit him at home but HUKM. He vomited blood but was still energetic. Followed by heart attack and malfunction of organs. I almost going to HUKM every day during the Chinese New Year. On the day he left us, he was lying in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) unconsciously.

Goodbye uncle yap. Goodbye gor gor.
May you rest in peace with God...

Sarawak Trip

It was my first time to Sarawak, it happened on 29 March 2010 to 3rd April 2010.

Two days before departure, i was suffered from non-stop coughing.

The day before we left, i was fever and lying on the bed from 8pm struggling to sleep. Sadly, i failed... my head was tons heavy and my dream was stressful with complications tying me tight.

On the day to depart, i forced myself to wake up and took the morning shower. I dropped my left-eye contact lens and nearly couldn't find it. Bad starting.

As an obligation, we need to go class at 8am. By the time i reached class, most of us were sick. Many were lying on the floor or collapsing on the table.

Accident occurred, went to class early was nothing happened but surrounded by sick atmosphere.

11am, departed from Kota Bharu. Stopped by the pharmacy to buy Coolair, panadol, all sorts of medicine and also mask.

We were heading to Lost Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT). Unexpectedly, most of us can't even stand it. We stopped at Bentong, Pahang. The General Practitioner (GP) in the clinic suggested to go to the General Hospital (GH). Only 6 out of 27 of us were healthy. Most of us were attacked by fever and the highest with 41.2 Degree Celsius, i myself was 38.8 Degree Celsius.

I managed to meet with my beloved parents when we stopped for dinner at Greenwood, Gombak. Thank you so much for your caring, daddy mummy. Love you two~

Reached LCCT in the midnight and checked in at 5.45am. Everyone seems healthier included me XD

This was the first day.

Second day we just went to museums and left early due to the downpour. Not all of us were in the pink of health.

Third day went to school, SK Troah and SMK Kota Damansara. I was still coughing and the activities carried out smoothly.

On the fourth day, we went to Cultural Village only. I like this place the most.

On the fifth day, we went to Crocodile Farm, Semengoh Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, Dayang Salha Kek Lapis and waterfront.

On the last day, flew back from Kuching International Airport.

Vomited on the flight after eating the Nasi Lemak. It was unbearable. 反胃。

Drank Hot Milo in LCCT and night bus back to Kota Bharu.

Reached hostel at 5.45am, Sunday. Didn't sleep back for the day but busy with the Kek Lapis.

The trip is over.

Goodbye to Sarawak, hope i will be back again. ^^

Back to the Lord

I have been away from the Lord for some time, away from the church life, away from the members of Christ. I really felt that my life is in vanity...

Now back to KB, back to the local church life, back to the word of God, I'm captured by the Lord again.

I attended the video training these two days, entered into the message on "Crystallization Study of the Gospel of God in Romans".

In the first message, i enjoyed the opening words.

"If we all would give Him our openness and our obedience, surely the Lord will by His grace have a free way within us to move, advance, gain around, bless and spread."

"God's will is the source of everything."
"Nothing is more formidable than a resolution made by God in a council of the Godhead according to His purpose, His heart's desire, and His will."

The high peal of the divine revelation - that in Christ God became man in order that in Christ man might become God in life, in nature, in constitution, in appearance, and in expression but not in the Godhead nor as an object of worship.

"God being a God of purpose, having a will of His own pleasure; His creating all things for His will so that He might fulfill His purpose."

I'm reminded that I'm not a product of random, aimless, biochemical interactions. I'm a vessel chosen and foreknown by God in eternity past and created in time that my life on earth can contribute to the fulfillment of God's will and purpose.

"We were living a life without meaning, and we had no goal and no purpose, but now we have been redeemed by the precious blood of Christ. We no longer have a vain manner of life. We have goal to our life, which is to live a holy life for the church life. Our goal is to live a life separated unto God and saturated with God so that we can be built up with God to be the Body of Christ expressed as the local churches."

Time is a bridge; time is for the process, but all of us are eternal beings because we have been born of God and possess the eternal, indestructible life of God. We will live eternally in the consummation and fulfillment of God's good pleasure. This eternal plan was made in Christ, with Christ, through Christ and for Christ according to God's desire and pleasure, because God's desire and pleasure are in His Son.

Prayer:
"Lord Jesus, i cannot live without You.
I need You, Lord. I am forever dependent upon You."

快乐时光

这短暂的假期快要结束了。

我仍旧在赶assignment, 虽然很不甘愿，但仍然要做。

真的好希望能好好地享受假期，但。。。不能了。

夜深人静的夜里，我失眠了。

听着抒情的音乐，抒发心中的感情。

昨天开心地与若怀吃午餐，虽然只是普通的一餐板面，但我们都吃得津津有味。
她一上车我们就说个不停。
既然午餐后还有时间，我们就分秒必争，去old town 喝茶。

在大热天的下午，躲在冷气中喝茶真是人生一大享乐。嘻嘻。

虽然只有我们俩，但我们可不寂寞哦！

短短的2-3小时，但我已觉得很开心了。

今天做乖乖女在家煮饭给父母吃。

这周回来已下厨几次了，厨艺怎么也进步了些。嘻嘻。

难得大家抽出空闲时间，我，迪咏和优坚出来喝茶。

反正大家都住很靠近，出来也很方便，况且优坚就住在我家后面，走几步路就到了。

爸看见我和别的男生出街还很开心呢！

过后他们也跑回来我家坐坐。

大家都直接进去冷气房里看电视，东西南北地聊个痛快。

直到快12am, 灰王子是时候回家了。

他们才慢慢地离开那间房，进去我刚装修好的家绕个圈，送到家门口时，我们仍有未聊完的话题。

跟朋友在一起的感觉真好，
让我更觉得未必需要另一半在身边。
朋友总是给我一种很舒服的感觉，一起欢喜，一起悲，无穷的回忆。
这也许情侣中给不到我的感觉吧？

◎日记情人节(Diary Day)：1月14日

　　在这一天，情侣们会互赠足够纪录一整年恋爱情事的日记本，以此象征两人将携手走过未来一年，并留下更多美好回忆。
　　

◎华仑亭情人节(Valentine's Day)：2月14日
　　西元3世纪时，罗马皇帝为避免已婚男子不愿离家当兵，发布了一道禁止结婚的法令，但华仑亭主教依旧违背皇帝旨意，秘密为青年人举行婚礼。他因此遭到监禁，并于西元273 年2月14日死在狱中。后人为了纪念他，将他殉难这天订为「华仑亭日」，后来便成为世人耳熟能详的情人节。
　　在西洋传统里年轻人是华仑亭日的主角，他们在这个节日里郑重其事地为恋人选择礼物、鲜花，以表达自己的爱慕之情。痴情的少女则会按古老传说，在华仑亭日前一晚把月桂树叶放在枕头上，盼望自己在梦中同自己的心上人相会。

　　现在情人节由谁主动送礼已经不重要了，只要有一方在2 月14日收到异性送的礼物表达爱意，他或她在3月14日「白色情人节」这一天就会选择是否有所回应；而对已经在一起的爱侣来说，这一天则是回赠对方情人节礼物的日子。
　　

◎黑色情人节(Black Day)：4月14日

　　银色情人节，是把你的意中人带回家给老爸老妈认识，或介绍给其他你所尊敬的长辈的好机会。当然，这一天的全部开销，都由这些「可爱的长者」买单〈为「安全」起见，你最好先确定长辈对这个节日很熟悉〉。银色情人节也是爱侣互赠银制礼品、饰物的日子。
　　

◎绿色情人节(Green Day)：8月14日
　　名为绿色情人节，当然和蓊郁的森林脱不了关系。酷热难耐的夏日午后，不妨和你的另一半作一趟凉爽而清新的森林之旅，尽情享受户外大自然，度过健康而愉悦的一天。还在寻觅爱侣的人，可以参加Soju〈韩国绿牌薯酒〉派对，度过喧闹的室内绿色情人节。
　　

◎音乐情人节与相片情人节(Music Day & Photo Day)：9月14日
　　音乐情人节这一天是举办大型社交活动、轻歌漫舞的日子，也是将你的心上人介绍给朋友、同事认识的好机会。而单身一族，更可以藉此机会看看活动现场有没有自己中意的对象。

短暂的假期

一周的学校假期开始了。惊奇的是，我不觉得兴奋。平平无奇的，忧忧闷闷的。

开始的第一天，独自一人办理一些事情，独自一人乘搭轻快铁，独自一人走在街上，走在购物中心里，。在人群当中，独自的我观察了更多周遭的事，一个人也有独自的快乐。也就是那“快”乐，过得特别快。

但是偏头痛为我带来了苦恼，无法忍受。。。

近朱则赤，近墨则黑。
近一些忧闷的人，心情也自然地被影响了，无法自拔，无可救药。
一个人的快乐消失得无影无踪。
